Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call 425-328-9333 and provide 24 hours PHONE notice to avoid full-price billing or gift certificate cancellation.

Note: If you are an insurance client, we cannot bill your insurance company if you do not come in for your appointment, therefore, you will be responsible for the entire cost.

Financial Responsibility/Payment Policy

You are responsible for payment at the time of service if you are a cash paying client. If you do not pay at the time of service, you will be charged the billable rate of $130. If you are going through an insurance company, you are responsible for your co-payment, co-insurance, etc. at time of service.

Code of Conduct Policy

Massage Therapy is a professional service that is being provided by Silver Creek Cottage Massage. Massage therapy is for overall wellness and/or treatment purposes only. No misconduct on the part of a client will be tolerated whatsoever. Examples include: inappropriate conversation, touching of any kind, suggestive or lewd conversation or gestures of any kind, etc. If this occurs, the session will end immediately AND the client must pay in full before leaving.

Insurance Policy

In general, Silver Creek Cottage will bill your insurance company provided you have verified massage therapy benefits. If for any reason they do not pay your claim, you are responsible for the full amount of charges.

Late Policy

If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call us as a courtesy to let us know. Regardless, your appointment will still end at the original designated time, and you will be responsible for the full amount.

Note: If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment and you have not called me to let us know, you will need to reschedule, and you will be charged a $15 fee.

Returned Check Policy

If your check is returned for insufficient funds, there is a $25 returned check fee, in addition to bank fees.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
