Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage

Relaxation massage is focused mainly on flowing, soothing massage strokes. Typically, it is an overall full-body experience, however, specific areas can be focused on at your request. We offer the following relaxation massage options:

Full-Body Massage (Swedish or Deep Tissue)

Take a much deserved reprieve from the real world and treat yourself to a full-body massage. This includes a brief personal consultation to identify areas of stress and tension in your body so the massage can be tailored to your particular needs. This massage will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to face the world again with a renewed sense of energy and spirit.
1-hour massage: $75
90-minute massage: $110

90-Minute Hot Stone Massage: $120

This therapeutic, relaxing massage is enhanced by the soothing heat of hot stones to induce a deeper state of relaxation. Heated stones are placed over specific parts of the body and used throughout the massage. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles, melting away layers of tension and stress. It relieves stress quickly by the calming effect it has on the mind. In particular, it is used to relieve health problems such as arthritis, anxiety, stress, back pain, depression, insomnia and circulation problems.

90-Minute Lomi Lomi Massage: $120

Experience the ancient, healing, Hawaiian massage of flowing, rhythmic strokes from head-to-toe that nurtures the body and releases tension.

2-Hour Spa Massage Session: $150

In addition to a full-body massage, this special session includes all your spa favorites, including a foot soak and scrub, hot towel massage, back scrub, foot mini-reflexology session and face mask and massage. This one is a must!
